3 Pounds Chuck roast

1 Cloves garlic thinly sliced

1 Tablespoon oil

3 Teaspoon flavored vinegar

1/2 Teaspoon pepper

1/2 Teaspoon rosemary

1 Tablespoon butter

1/2 Teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 Cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup Beef broth

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Cut slits in the roast and stuff garlic slices all over

In a medium bowl add flavored vinegar, rosemary, pepper, thyme and rub the mixture over the chuck roast.

Set your instant pot to “sauté” function and add oil, allow the oil to heat up.

Add the chuck roast and brown each side (5 minutes for each side).

Remove the chuck roast out and keep it on the side.

Add butter, broth, balsamic vinegar and deglaze the pot.
