How to Steam Whole Artichokes in the Instant Pot?
Adjust your instant pot for “steam” function and place the prepared artichokes on a steamer basket after adding enough water to the bottom of the basket. Drizzle the artichoke with lemon and cover the instant pot. Cook for about 15 minutes at high pressure until the leaf near the center pulls out easily. Add water to the pot while cooking if needed.

Step by Step Instructions
Pour 1 cup of water into your instant pot. place the steamer basket in your cooker. Add the prepared artichokes on a basket and drizzle with lemon.
Cover and set your instant pot for “Steam” function. Cook for 15 minutes at high pressure.
Then, release the pressure naturally. Check if the artichoke is done. If it is not done, cook for an additional few minutes with adding water to the pot if needed.
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredient (mayonnaise, mustard, cayenne pepper, sanlt and ground black pepper) together to make the sauce.
