The focus of this recipe is making great no-knead bread from just four ingredients:
Flour: Use the best-quality flour you can find, I also recommend using unbleached flour that has a creamy color.
Water: Use water that is good enough to drink.
Salt: When baking, use either sea salt or mined salt because the kosher salt will take longer to dissolve.
Yeast: I recommend to use SAF Red Instant Yeast, It will keep for six months if stored airtight in the refrigerator

Step by Step Instructions
start by lining and greasing a 6-8″ cake pan and make sure that it easily fits inside your instant pot.
Place the trivet in your instant pot and pour 1 cup of water
In a large bowl, add the warm water, yeast, and salt. Let the yeast proof for 3 minutes, after that start adding the flour with mixing by hand until no dry patches appear.
Pour the dough into your cake pan and place it in your instant pot. Set the led-on top.
Set your instant pot to “keep warm” function and let the dough rise between 1-2 hours. (you can increase the speed of the rising process by setting your IP to “Yogurt” function on low for 45 mins).
After the dough has doubled in size, secure the lid and do the “pressure cook” or “Manual” function for 45 minutes.
Then let the pressure release naturally
If desired to achieve the golden-brown crust, you can toast the bread under the broiler in the oven for about 5 minutes.
