 Pasta Sauce

Making instant pot pasta sauce at home just got a LOT easier. It’s a one pot recipe, that you can throw all of the ingredients in the pot, set it and walk away until it’s done!

You’re gonna wanna hug me after you try this AWESOME Instant Pot pasta sauce. It is slap-your-momma good. If you’ve been around me long enough, you know I don’t say that very often.

This hearty instant pot pasta sauce makes enough to serve a crowd or to stash some away in the freezer for another night. Use half for a spaghetti dinner and turn the other half into Baked Ziti with Kale and Olives. No matter how you serve it, this sauce will satisfy the hungriest crowd!

Spaghetti is one of the most popular “when all else fails” dinners. We’ve all had evenings where heating sauce and boiling water for pasta was the most we could handle. Thank goodness for meals like this on evenings like that! With this instant pot pasta sauce simple recipe, you’ll never need to turn to the jar again for great sauce. And I promise it’s just as easy. I’ve added variations to suit your mood and the contents of your pantry. This sauce fits the bill as a quick weeknight dinner, but you’ll feel comfortable serving it to company, especially if you add meatballs or pasta.

NOTE: The instant pot version is my favorite way to make pasta sauce, but the stove top works if you don’t own an instant pot.
