Instant Pot Monkey Bread is really tasty and always a favorite kids pastry because is soft, gooey, and highly addicting. You can make this recipe fancy by adding dried fruit as your desire like raisins or craisins but it’s pretty much just as good with just 5 ingredients without extras.
The good part of this recipe is that instead of being baked in your bundt cake pan, you can bake in your instant pot because it works best by cook evenly, save time and avoid running the oven and heating up the house in summer.

What Instant Pot Did You Use?
If you will cook monkey bread, a 6-quart size Instant Pot cooker typically be perfect. For me, I use my 6-Quart Duo 10 in 1 with a 6-cup Bundt pan.

Canned biscuits: I use the cans refrigerated biscuit dough by cutting into quarters to fit in the bundt pan. Be sure to use frozen cans biscuit dough that haven’t been left in your freezer for more than 3 months to sure that you get a good rise.
Light brown sugar: You can also use the darker brown sugar.
Melted butter: When making this instant pot monkey bread recipe i always use salted butter.
Ground cinnamon: Cinnamon is the main spice who adds the flavor for the monkey bread.
Granulated sugar: This sugar is used with the cinnamon to coat the biscuits.
How to Make Instant Pot Monkey Bread?
Step 1: Start by pouring 1 cup of water in your instant pot and place the metal rack in the bottom of the pot. Then lightly spray the 6-cup bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Step 2: Melt ¼ cup of the butter in a microwave-safe bowl for about 30 seconds or in a small saucepan over medium-high heat.
Step 3: Add the brown sugar to the melted butter and stir together to combine.
Step 4: Pour the mixture in the bottom of bundt pan.
Step 5: In a shallow bowl stir together the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
Step 6: Cut each biscuit in quarters with kitchen shears and toss each cut of biscuits into the sugar and cinnamon mixture and roll the biscuit to coat thoroughly each piece.
Step 7: Then distribute the coated biscuit pieces evenly in the bundt cake pan.
Step 8: Pour the melted butter evenly over the biscuit pieces.
Step 9: Cover the pan with tin foil and place the pan into the bottom of the instant pot.
Step 10: Set the instant pot to the “Manual” function to 25 minutes. When the time is over let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes.
Step 11: Remove the pan from the instant pot and invert it onto a serving plate. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Prepare your instant pot by adding 1 cup of water into the pot. Place the wire rack in the bottom of the pot.
Step 2
Coat the bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Step 3
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 1/4 cup butter.
Step 4
Add ½ cup of the brown sugar to the melted butter and stir together to combine.
Step 5
Pour the mixture in the bottom of bundt pan.

In a shallow bowl stir together 1/3 cup of granulated sugar and 2 tablespoons of ground cinnamon.

Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces.

Roll the pieces into the cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat.

Pour the 2 tablespoons of melted butter evenly over the top of biscuits.

Cover the bundt pan with tin foil.
