Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets, frozen

  • 3 tomatoes, sliced

  • 1 lemon, sliced 

  • 1 white onion, shaved

  • 4 sprigs of parsley

  • 4 sprigs of thyme

  • olive oil

  • salt and pepper, to taste
